Security of Your Money

The policy ensures that your money is secure if it has been deducted from various payment methods, including UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Netbanking, or Wallet.

Delayed Payment Confirmation:

Sometimes, payment deductions may occur due to issues with the bank's servers confirming the payment status immediately.

15-Minute Confirmation:

If the bank confirms the payment to the Hungry Point App servers within the next 15 minutes after the deduction, your order will be processed automatically.

Payment Confirmation After 15 Minutes:

If the bank takes longer than 15 minutes to confirm the payment to the Hungry Point App servers, the system will reject the order and initiate the refund automatically.

Refund Process: Once the refund is initiated, it typically takes 5-7 working days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your account.

In summary, your money is considered secure, and the system will handle payments and refunds based on the timing of payment confirmation by the bank. If there's a delay in payment confirmation, the system will initiate an automatic refund. Please note that this policy specifically applies to orders made through the Hungry Point App.
